Hollan Hawaii, I worked with Hollan on several occasions, initially as an art director creating her first cookbook, which received great feedback from US publishers. Hollan sought me out again to help her with an online course for Vegan Cooking. I always enjoy working on these projects. We worked together remotely to produce a beautiful collection of design assets, which helped Hollan.

August 2016 - December 2017 | I worked in-house at the Women's Weekly Books Department in the historic Australian Consolidated Press Building. While the role was primarily production design—fixing files and working within established guidelines—I had the opportunity to art direct the RODE Microphone commemorative luxury book, building a strong client relationship to deliver a premium publication within tight constraints. It was fascinating to glimpse behind the scenes of the Women's Weekly test kitchen operations. Each publishing house has its unique approach, and these experiences strengthened my adaptability and commitment to working with integrity.
